VITABRI has a modern printing machinery and its own graphic studio. The printing process is a key element in the manufacture of pop-up tents and other advertising media. Based on the material and a given graphic design, VITABRI selects the appropriate printing method on the advertising tent.

VITABRI offers sublimation printing, thermal transfer printing and latex printing. These methods guarantee the preservation of expressive and vivid colors as well as their long durability.

By introducing innovations, we decided to procure materials for printing from the latest environmentally friendly trends. The knowledge and competences of our team make us flexible and competitive in action.

Our graphic department will help you make an appropriate project in accordance with your guidelines. The design can be prepared by our graphic designers or on our own based on our graphic meshes. Creating a graphic design requires files in PDF or Corel graphic format.

Sublimation printing is a chemical process during which the sublimation ink penetrates the structure of the material itself under the influence of very high temperature, coloring it.

It is an ideal method in terms of the quality of reproducing a multicolored graphic design such as photos and graphics; however, it is restricted by the fact that it is made only on white polyester material. Sublimation is a one-sided print so that the left side of the fabric remains unprinted in white; double-sided printing is only possible on a special polyester blockout fabric.

Latex overprint- large-format printing technology that allows printing on media using the so-called latex ink, which is a colloidal blend of synthetic resin dyed with a colored pigment, water and an organic solvent with other ingredients.

The prints made with this technology are suitable for immediate application due to the high temperature fusing process. Large-format printing in latex technology has the characteristics of pigment printing, enabling high resistance to external conditions and UV rays. VITABRI uses latex printing mainly for printing on PVC materials and flex foil.

Thermal transfer printing - a method consisting in printing a flex foil using the latex method and welding it into a polyester material using a thermal transfer press. The process of thermal transfer printing uses a cutting plotter, which cuts the logo from the printed flex foil with an accuracy up to 0.1 mm.

The thermal transfer method allows placing individual logos on the tent without having to print the entire surface of the material. With this printing method, the original color of the fabric remains visible on both sides, so that the inside of the tent is the same color as the outside. There is a wide range of colors of flex foil in mat and gloss, including gold and silver.
